Juan

Juan graduated from Harold Washington College in Spring of 2018 with a concentration in science. He continued on to UIC with a major in Biology. He is a first-generation student. He dropped out of high school, but returned and finished at an alternative high school and continued on to college. He thinks he stayed in college because of the strong connections he built with peers through student organizations. Juan appreciated the resources at the City Colleges, and specifically found the Wellness Center, student clubs, and his peers to be helpful.
